Do you need to move forward in your life?

I can help you to understand how the negative beliefs you hold about yourself may be preventing you from taking the  steps you need to take in your personal life or career.

I believe the power of psychotherapy lies in the establishment of a warm, and compassionate relationship between therapist and client, within which it feels safe to explore the most difficult issues in a person’s life – issues which are both unique to each individual and, in some sense, common to all of us as part of the struggle of being human.

I bring to the therapeutic relationship many years of experience in clarifying the way old, unexamined, patterns of behavior can stand in the way of achieving a person’s most cherished goals.  I work very hard to help my clients feel heard, understood, and safe in my office. I also strive to make therapy a rich adventure in self discovery that can lead to a greater sense of self worth, to a feeling of greater empowerment in taking control of your life, and, ultimately, to a greater sense of emotional health, maturity and wholeness.
